Disposition versions
138. Every person who contravenes any other obligation set out in this Regulation commits an offence and is liable, if no other sanction is provided for by this Chapter or the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2), to a fine of $1,000 to $100,000 in the case of a natural person and to a fine of $3,000 to $600,000 in other cases.
